Valyrian Investments Ltd has been a leading Renewable Energy Consultant and has successfully Licensed a plethora of Renewable Energy Companies and Photovoltaic Parks for the past fourteen years.

We are currently consulting an array of firms in Cyprus and abroad that are investing in the Renewable Energy field. We believe in bespoke solutions, personal touch and we always seek to create synergies in our client’s operations. We offer advice with regards to the laws.

New Licenses

We undertake the Project Design and Licensing of any PV Project above 0,2 MWp up to 300 MWp. We undertake new turnkey projects, from Land Prescreening and Scoping, Desk Top Due Diligence, Licensing, Engineering, Financing, Project Managing, Developing and Operating large scale Photovoltaic Parks.
Some of the services we offer to our new license clients include:

To search for land available for sale and/or rent that suits the needs of large scale photovoltaic projects and solar roofs;
To investigate and inquire into the feasibility, as well as any associated preliminary costs for grid connections;
To procure offers concerning available plots of land that suit the client’s needs;
To secure CERA Licenses
To assist in the issuance of any Planning and Building Permits
To represent with Government and Local Authorities;

Project Management

We have extensive experience in the Project Management of Large Scale Photovoltaic Parks, Solar Car Ports, and Industrial & Commercial PV Roofs. Before and During the Construction Process, we can facilitate the following:

Draft the Specifications of the PV Park
Assist in securing financing if required
Approve the shortlist of EPC’s and assist in the selection of the Contractors
Project Management & Quality Control
Reports to the Owners and Financial Institutions
Assist in the Grid Connection Process
Oversee the Handover to the Owner and the O&M Company

When acting as a Broker, the company draws from its successful experience and can assist in the whole range of a transaction, from Technical Due Diligence to facilitating the legal teams with the red tape and regulations compliance.
